Area Of Practice
Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning
In the Estate Planning area, I offer affordable packages for Wills or trusts. The packages include a durable power of attorney, living will, medical power of attorney (health care proxy) and wills or trusts (trusts include a memorandum of trust, assignment of personal property, deed preparation and recording, if necessary, as well as funding instructions). I offer modules that can be plugged into the documents to minimize Federal Estate taxes or address special needs. I also prepare Irrevocable Trusts for specific needs. The initial estate planning appointment takes aproximately one hour. There is no fee for the initial consult. The fees for Medicaid Planning and other areas of advice are based upon my quoted or hourly fee.

Elder Law

In the area of Elder Law, the most common topic is “how do I cope with…? This often includes Medicaid planning. A discussion of this topic usually reveals opportunities for planning.

Business law, including Corporations and Limited Liability Companies
My Business Law practice traditionally involves counseling relative to entity choices. Limited Liability Companies and corporations are the most popular choices. I then act as a resource for contract review, employment questions and those frequent questions that begin with "I was wondering if I can?" I am frequently involved in business sales for either sellers or buyers. I have experience in everything from dental practices to hair salons.

Real Estate

In the Real Estate area, I advise sellers and buyers in the full range of issues they face in either residential or commercial real estate transactions. It all starts with either purchase and sale agreement drafting or review.

Contract Law

Commercial Law
